We are a firm of solicitors established in the year 2011. Our premise of business is presently based at No.34A, Jalan Bunga Pekan, 42704 Banting, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
M/s. Sritheran & Co commenced its practice with Mr Sritheran AIL Renganathan as sole proprietor assisted by two clerks and one despatch personnel in 2011.
The firm enhanced its practice from a sole proprietor to a partnership with Puan Azian Binti Tukiaman joining in as a partner of the firm and the firm become as MESSRS SRITHERAN, TUKIAMAN & CO.
In June 2019, Pn. Azian Binti Trkiaman resigned and withdras all from Partnership and leaving Mr.Sritheran to carry on the practice as a sole proprietor.

Mr. Sritheran was born in Banting and his early education in Banting. He obtained his LLB Degree in 2006 from University Malaya. Upon completion of his degree he read in chambers at M/s K. Francis & Varghese in Banting and was subsequently admitted into the Malaysian Bar in 2OO7. He continued to practice as a Legal Assistant at M/s K. Francis & Varghese in general civil litigation, criminal matter and conveyancing.
Mr. Sritheran has been handling all criminal and civil matters in our legal firm and has conducted numerous hearings and appeals involving family law, land law, contractual disputes, matters involving local government authorities, labor laws and criminal laws.He is very well versed in drafting Statement of Claims, defenses, various applications and submissions.
Apart from that, Mr Sritheran also has more than 7 years experience in dealing with all conveyancing matters particularly attending to preparation of Sale and Purchase Agreement, Tenancy Agreement and conventional and Islamic Loan Documentation from various banks and financial institutions.
